Everything tasted really Fresh and nice. The prawns were cooked well, and the fish wasn’t dry at all, which I always appreciate. Portions were decent too. Overall, I was Happy with it

I was a bit frustrated ordering from oceanbasket.com because the pricing wasn’t really clear until the end. Compared to other food sites where you can see the full cost early, this felt more confusing. A few extra charges popped up near checkout, and it made the whole thing feel a little sneaky. I’d much rather they just show the total upfront so you know what you’re actually paying from the start.

I ended up getting the wrong items again, and a couple of sides were missing too. It was frustrating, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Ordered from oceanbasket.com and the food was really nice when it finally arrived. The delivery took longer than I expected though, so I was sitting there getting hungry. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I never really trust that they’ll be much help with delivery delays anyway. Not a massive issue in the end, and I’d probably order again, but I’d make sure I’m not starving first.

I ordered takeaway the packaging was disappointing. By the time I got it home, some of the food had leaked into the bag and part of the order was squashed. For what they charge, I really think they should do better. It felt like poor value and just made the whole meal frustrating instead of enjoyable

I’ve ordered from here couple times now, and the food showed up pretty much when they said it would. One order was little late, but it wasn’t big deal. Overall, they’ve been reliable for delivery.

Went to Ocean Basket last weekend the place was clean, clean overall. The tables looked wiped down and the toilets were fine too, which I always appreciate. Only small thing was the floor near our table had a few crumbs, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d still go back.

I expected my complaint to be dealt with properly, or at least to get some kind of clear response. Instead, I felt like I was just being ignored, and nothing ever got fixed. Really disappointing experience.

The menu has the usual seafood options and a few combos, which is totally fine. I guess I was just expecting a little more variety, especially for people who don’t really want fish. Maybe that’s on me for assuming there’d be more, but it did feel a bit limited. Not bad overall, just not as many choices as I hoped.

The staff were okay once they finally noticed us, but we were standing around for longer than expected. I started feeling a bit pressured because we needed help and weren’t sure if anyone was coming over. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.

I stopped in the other day while I was already out running errands, the staff just didn’t come across as friendly at all. Maybe it was just an off day, but I felt unwelcome the whole time I was there.

I ordered sushi from Ocean Basket the other night, mostly because I was too tired to cook and had been thinking about sushi since lunch for no real reason. it ended up being way better than I expected.
The salmon tasted really fresh, the rice was soft without being mushy, and the rolls actually stayed together, which I always notice because I hate when they fall apart halfway through eating. The portions were decent for the price too, especially compared to some other places I’ve tried lately.

My only regret is that I didn’t order more, because it was gone embarrassingly fast. I’ll definitely be getting sushi from them again next time I’m in one of those lazy dinner moods

I ordered from Ocean Basket and, i kept looking at the portion sizes thinking maybe something was missing. The food wasn’t bad at all, but for the price, it felt a bit underwhelming. Even the little details, like how much rice was in the box and the amount of sauce on the side, made it feel like I’d paid more than it was worth.

Delivery was fine and everything arrived okay, so no issue there. I just don’t mind paying extra when the meal feels a bit special, and this felt average. For what I spent, I expected a little more, so I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I felt like I just couldn't catch a break here. The place was so loud and cramped that it was hard to relax at all, and the lighting felt really harsh. The tables were way too close together, so it felt like everyone was on top of each other. I was just trying to enjoy a nice dinner, but instead it felt more like I got stuck eating in the middle of a busy food court.
